Kenya’s Garden City Mall to get business park

A business park is set to be constructed alongside Garden City mall in Kenya’s capital Nairobi its developers have announced.
The owners of the property dubbed The Garden City Business Park (GCBP) have proposed to divide the land into 10 plots and develop offices on two of them and further lease out the rest for predetermined use. It is planned to occupy 23.5 acres of land along Thika Road and will encompass unique facilities like business hotels, a hospital and offices.

King Mohammed VIÂ has launched the construction of an automotive vocational training center in Morocco.
The project which is in Bir Rami Est neighborhood in Kenitra (north of Rabat) is set to help in giving skills to the rising number of unemployed youths in the country for self reliance.

A tractor assembling factory in Tanzania is set to be constructed in Kibaha area after the government secured soft loan worth US $55m from Poland.
The Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment, Dr Adelhem Meru, says that the construction plans for the tractor assembling factory in Tanzania were being finalised.
