A Multi-million dollar Shopping Mall is set to be constructed in Ikeja area, Nigeria; this is after the Local Government of the area settled their disputes with the residents.
The mega mall expected to cost US$50m will be constructed on the same location as the old Alade market after the structure was dismantled and the whole land was fenced off to indicate that the land will fully be used on the mall construction.

Multi-million dollar roofing tile factory in Tanzania to be constructed

A US$ 100m roofing tile factory in Tanzania is set to be constructed by Chinese investors, this is according to Prime Minister Kassim Majaliwa.
Chinese Ambassador to Tanzania, Dr. Lu Youqing confirmed the reports and said that the roofing tile factory in Tanzania will mainly manufacture roofing tiles. He further said that Goodwill Ceramic Limited will begin constructing the factory in December this year.

The Tanzanian government through the Ministry for Works, Transport and Communications is set to construct a US$ 8.6m tarmac road in this financial year.
The tarmac level of road  measurin 110km,will go through Njombe-Ndulamo-Makete as explained by Deputy Minister for Works, Transport and Communications, Eng. Edwin Ngonyani.
