Public Works Minister William Moore says the ministry needs US$2.2 billion to construct the country's 10,000 kilometers of roads. Addressing the Ministry of Information press briefing Tuesday in Monrovia, Moore said the finding follows an assessment conducted by technicians of the ministry, international partners and consultants.
