Kenya gets Sh3.8 bn boost from IFAD

The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) has agreed to provide a $37.7 million (Sh3.8 billion) loan to fund key agricultural programs in the country.

The International Finance Corporation (IFC) will invest Sh8.2 billion in a can factory to be set up on the Nairobi-Mombasa highway by Nigeria’s GZ Industries.
