Petroleum Industry Bill Progress Updates by Nigerian Minister
Nigeria's minister of state for petroleum, Emmanuel Ibe Kachikwu held a press conference at APPO Cape VII, in which he gave an update on the progress of the Petroleum Industry Bill (PIB).
